Limited Resource Teacher Training (LRTT) was founded in 2012. Since then, more than 2000 LRTT Fellows from around the world have led cross-border teacher training for 5000 teachers across 11 countries.
LRTT needed a fresh look at their branding that had evolved significantly since the charity began making an impact nearly decade ago.
We consulted on a brand redesign from the ground up, keeping LRTT's character and core values while unifying their website into one cohesive and modern style. Using Figma to gather all LRTT's assets we collaborated on stricter guidelines to ensure that LRTT's future design work will be concentrated, while not being limited.
With multiple fellowships (3-4 week intensive placements that teachers apply for) happening throughout the year across multiple countries, we built in-depth itineraries for potential Fellows to browse and get a feel for each fellowship.
Finally, with the application process being such a key part of LRTT's fellowships, we redesigned their flow - focussing on the UX and UI of the application form. With a mobile-first design and more intuitive steps, we are proud to have helped LRTT bring in some of the world's best teachers to impact education in low-resource countries.
